1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,063,80 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from October 7, 2015 to May 23, 2016.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff engaged in advertising planning, publishing, and printing business entered into a contract with the defendant, who is engaged in the distribution and processing business of agricultural and fishery products around July 20, 2015, to produce and deliver printed materials, such as name cards, etc., from around that time to October 6, 2015. The defendant produced and supplied printed materials, etc. during the period from that time to October 6, 2015, and the unpaid amount constitutes 22,063,800 (the defendant was registered as at the same time as corporate registration was registered on September 8, 2015, and it was argued that the above contract could not be concluded with the plaintiff on July 20, 2015, but if the defendant requested the plaintiff to produce and supply printed materials, etc. necessary for preparation for opening business, then the contract becomes invalid after the establishment of the contract becomes invalid, and it is difficult for the defendant to accept the above claim.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
