1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,399,700 as well as the annual rate of KRW 6% from January 5, 2016 to May 9, 2016, and the next day.

Between October 2015 and January 4, 2016, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with both sides, defenses, and other days, and the fact that the attempted amount was 30,39,700 won does not conflict between the parties. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at each rate of 15% per annum under the Commercial Act from January 5, 2016 to May 9, 2016, when it is evident that the payment order was served to the Defendant from January 5, 2016, which is the date following the last supply date, until the date when the original copy of the payment order was served to the Defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
