Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:10 on September 11, 2013, the Defendant, on the part of the victim B, was boarding a D taxi driven by the victim B in front of the Busan Northern-gu, Busan Northern-gu, and did not speak at the destination. On the part of two police officers belonging to the Busan Northern Police Station E-gu, Busan, and other taxi officers dispatched after receiving the victim B’s 112 report, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim B by publicly insulting the victim B, stating that “the victim B shall open to theme, which is a sprinke, a taxi engineer,” while taking care of two police officers belonging to the Busan Northern Police Station E-gu, Busan and other taxi officers in the surrounding areas.
