The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On December 17, 2013, the summary of the facts charged by the Defendant, around 23:20 on December 17, 2013, when the Defendant did not drink in “C” restaurant located in “C” and did not pay the drinking value, and upon receiving a report of D, the said restaurant business operator, the Defendant insultd the victim with the victim, who was urged him to return home from the victim F, a slope affiliated with the E-gu Busan Police Station E-gu Seoul Police Station, and the circumstances surrounding G and D sent to the same district with the victim who was dispatched to the Defendant, the Defendant toldd the victim with the victim “I am this son, spati, bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit.”
