A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a Vietnamese national who was married with C on May 24, 2005 and entered the Republic of Korea as a non-spouse (F2) of the citizen's spouse.

On July 2010, the Defendant, at the request of the “D”, intended to enter Korea for employment in Vietnam, as a means of entering Korea for employment in Vietnam, provided guidance on F, a local recruitment for Korean women of Vietnam, a disguised marriage, to be sent to Vietnam from the airport to the accommodation, and received documents necessary for the report of marriage and issuance of visa at the Vietnam government office.

After that, the above F received the above documents from the defendant and returned to Korea.
