The Defendants: (a) with respect to an open bid for the purchase contract for the 2009 double iones conducted by the Korea District Heating Corporation in 2009; (b) several times from July 29, 2009 to August 3, 2009, the date of the public announcement of tender; (c) six companies have been awarded a successful tender; (d) six companies have been awarded a successful tender in accordance with the bid rate and the volume of the successful tender; (e) three companies have been awarded a successful bid; (e) the successful bidder has been awarded a contract for the three companies which have not been awarded a successful tender; (e) on August 3, 2009, six companies have been finally divided into three companies; (f) K and L (ju) have been awarded a successful bid rate of 93% and 35%; and (f) two companies have been awarded a bid price of 95% and 35% of the bid price in writing; and (f) the bid price and 35% of the bid price in advance.
