A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2012, the Defendant sent to construction business employees a letter, facsimile, stating that “When sending necessary documents, he/she will obtain a construction engineer’s license” and received documents from the persons who reported and contacted the documents, and then forged a career certificate and submitted it to B Association, and received the fee.

1. On August 25, 2012, the Defendant forged a career certificate, which is a private document under the name of another person, in the same manner eight times in total, by stating in the form of a career certificate that “D had served on the Internet” in advance at the Defendant’s residence located in the Gyeonggi Government-si, the Defendant, stating in the form of a career certificate that “D had served on the Internet” from March 1, 200 to May 31, 2004, and affixing a new seal, and forging it for the purpose of exercising one copy of a career certificate under the name of E Co., Ltd.’s name.

2. On August 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) submitted to the Association’s office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, a forged career certificate in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (1) and exercised it to G employees of the said Association; and (b) exercised a forged career certificate eight times in total as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

The Defendant, around August 2012, 2012, sent to construction workers a letter or facsimile stating that he/she would obtain a construction engineer license when sending the necessary documents, and received documents from the persons who reported and contacted with the construction engineer, and then forged the career certificate and submitted it to B Association, and received the fee.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On September 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around September 17, 2012, on the Defendant’s home located in the Gyeonggi-si Government of the Republic of Korea, the name of Company H(H), representative I(I), corporation or business registration number in the form of a career certificate that was previously transmitted on the Internet.
