A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a year of imprisonment due to the charge of forging private documents at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 4, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant, in the process of acting as an agent for a construction engineer’s career report from a construction company, prepared a false career certificate and received a false certificate from a technician who does not issue the career certificate, and received money from the technician in return for the receipt of money from the engineer, on the ground that there is lack of experience in keeping the certificate of blank career in several pages on which the company’s seal is affixed with the company’s seal from the construction company.

1. From June 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on June 18, 2014; (b) had a blank career certificate on which the head of the corporation D’s corporate design is affixed, the Defendant used the blank career certificate to use it without the consent of the said company.

The Defendant entered B’s name, resident registration number (C), address, etc. in his personal information column using the examination-type pen in his written confirmation of the above career record, entered the registration number (E), representative F’s name, resident registration number (G), etc. in his work experience column, and entered the above B as a member of the company from June 1, 2002 to October 15, 2004 in his work experience column.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged one of the above career certificates in the name of Co., Ltd. D, a private document related to a certificate of fact without authority, and forged each of the above certificates of career from June 3, 2014 to September 28, 2015, as described in attached Table 1, as stated in attached Table 37, respectively.

2. On June 19, 2014, the Defendant at the H Association office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, as the case may be.
