A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on August 1, 2014, within the “Csports marina site” business site operated by the Defendant located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan; (b) provided that the male grandchildren who found the place receive 60,000 won as the price for sexual traffic; and (c) provided a single-name “D”, which is a female sexual traffic, to have the said male grandchildren engage in similarity with the said male grandchildren
2. On June 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the public service center of the Busan metropolitan center of the driver’s license for the driver’s license of the Busan metropolitan center located in Seopo-dong, Busan, the Defendant, despite the fact that he/she was approved to prepare a document in his/her name, signed on the personal information column of the application for the re-issuance of the driver’s license that was kept in the place, “E, F,” and “G” in the column of the driver’s license number; and (b) on the column of address “G” in the column of “J apartment of Busan, Seopo-gu x x x x x x x x x x x x x
As a result, the suspect has forged an application for re-issuance of the driver's license under the name of E, a private document on rights and duties without authority for the purpose of exercising.
3. The Defendant, at the date, at the time, at the place under the above 2.2., delivered the application for re-issuance of a forged driver’s license to an employee who was unaware of the name of the above driver’s license test site

On June 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the driver’s license test site of the above North Korean father on June 10, 2013, the Defendant submitted two copies of the resident registration certificate of pro-born E, an application for the reissuance of a forged driver’s license, and a half-name photo of the Defendant’s face to believe that he/she is E; (b) let the relevant public official issue a driver’s license under the name of E in which the Defendant’s photograph is attached; and (c) through deceptive scheme, perform public duties on the management of the driver’s license of the public official in charge
