Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at Seoul Southern District Court on September 6, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 14, 2012.

The defendant, using his knowledge of pro-friendly B's personal information, thought that he was to obtain and use his resident registration certificate under his name.

1. At around 09:0 on March 14, 2012, the Defendant entered “B”, “C”, “C” and “B” in the resident registration number column, and “B” in the name of the applicant column in the name of the application form for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. 2 Dong office located in e.g. 2 and 530-60, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. On March 14, 2012.

As a result, the Defendant, without authority, forged a written application for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate under B, a private document related to rights and duties.

2. As above, the Defendant continued to submit an application for the re-issuance of a forged resident registration certificate to a public official in a name-free position who is in charge of issuing the resident registration certificate of the above community service center, as if it were duly formed.

3. At around 10:30 on March 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) applied for the presentation of a resident registration certificate to the public official E in charge of issuing a certified copy of resident registration at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocheon-dong community service center located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul; (b) one copy of a certified copy of resident registration, etc. on “B; (c) requested the presentation of a resident registration certificate; and (d) presented the “certificate of application for the issuance of the resident registration certificate to B under the name of the head of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dong-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.”
