Punishment of the crime

1. The Government shall not take photographs of another person's body against his/her will, or distribute, sell, lease, display or show any such photographs against the latter's will, using mechanical devices having similar functions, such as cameras, etc. against the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

Accordingly, the defendant taken photographs of another person's body, which might cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera, and distributed the photographs.

2. When the Defendant was informed by the Defendant on February 2, 2012 from the first police officer on the part of the victim’s D(I, 31 years of age) and/or internal ties, the Defendant expressed to the effect that, in order to demand the Defendant to continue the relationship, he would use a photograph of exposure to the victim’s upper half that was previously taken by the Defendant, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, and send 30 copies of the victim’s b body photograph to the victim’s family members if he did not talk with the victim.

B. On July 11, 2012, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim, “A 30 copies of the sea pictures inside the telephone, with the her mobile phone, to the her husband’s death.”
