A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:00 on December 20, 2017, the Defendant taken the victim D (the age of 31) who was off and divingd from the building B, subparagraph C, and the studio, with the victim’s mobile phone camera around December 21, 2017. On December 21, 2017, the Defendant posted the said photograph to the victim’s mobile phone camera at the same place as above, and then opened the said photograph on the website after experiencing the sexual relation of the name of “E”.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the camera, etc. as above, against his will, and distributed the photographed objects.

2. At around 23:00 on January 1, 2018, the Defendant, at the home of the victim G (n, 29 years of age) located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, taken pictures of the victim’s scam pictures of U.S.-type small camera-type, which prepared in advance for a head of a sexual relationship with the victim, with the victim. On January 2, 2018, around 00:04, the closure screen of the video was set up on the above “E” website at the place under the foregoing paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the camera, etc. as above, against his will, and distributed the photographed objects.

3. On January 13, 2018, at the victim G’s house located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the Defendant taken a sexual intercourse page with the victim G in the same manner as the above paragraph 2, and opened the screen of the closure of the video at the same place as above paragraph 1, around January 23, 2018, at the same time as above paragraph 1, and at the same time as above, around January 23, 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the camera, etc. as above, against his will, and distributed the photographed objects.

4. On January 27, 2018, at around 23:00, the Defendant taken the face of sexual intercourse with the victim G in the same manner as the above paragraph (2) at the same place as the above paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant is against his will that may cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the above camera, etc.
