Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and two months.

However, as to the defendants, from the day when this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendants are respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. Around September 19:30 on September 3, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. due to the sale of drugs with a psychotropic spirit (compact) and sold 300,000 won as the purchase price to B at the front of a F hotel located in the Masan-gu, Changwon-si, Masan-si, a local mental medicine, on the back of September 3, 2018. On the same day, around 20:30 on the back of the H gas station located in G located in Changwon-si, a Changwon-si, the Defendant purchased and sold the Mepta 0.2g from B on the back of the back of the street.

B. 2. Defendant B

Around September 21, 2018, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. due to the medication of drugs with a psychotropic spirit, set a Jinna car, which is owned by the Defendant, on the neighboring road of the Masan-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and then received approximately 0.03 g of Mepta, which is sold to A, as described in the foregoing A, from A, and included it in an injection.
