A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

A. On August 29, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking), on January 30, 2008, as a fine of two million won as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking), in the support of the Sungnam branch method of Suwon branch on January 30, 2008, as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking), in the support of the Sungnam branch method of Suwon branch, on July 11, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of eight million won as a fine for violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking), in the support of the Sungnam branch method of Suwon branch method of Suwon branch, etc.

On March 21, 2016, the Defendant appears to have written indictment for 0.113% “0.1413%” in the written indictment, stating that the Defendant’s approximately 1 km section from the Seongbuk-gu Sung-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the roads in front of the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, to 0.113% of alcohol content in blood.

While under the influence of alcohol, B Costaex truck was driven.

B. On March 21, 2016, the Defendant driving a vehicle B, without the driver’s license, a approximately 1km section from the Seongbuk-gu Sungnam-dong Sungnam-gu Sungnam-dong Sungnam-dong Sungnam-si to the 4789 SMwawa road, the Manam-si Manam-si, Sungnam-si, to the road front of Sungnam-nam-si.

A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor,

On September 5, 2013, the Defendant received B from C at the place of business of the registration of the vehicle in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and did not file an application for the registration of the ownership transfer of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor.
