2. On April 6, 2017, Defendant 2017, Defendant 20:50, Defendant 3495, driven the Ew Star Co., Ltd. without a motor vehicle driver’s license at approximately 3 km from the front day of Non-Acheon-si, Non-Acheon-si to the front day of the 239 Down church street.
