Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 16:07, the Defendant: (b) prepared three times the amount equivalent to KRW 9,900 of the market price; (c) two times the amount equivalent to KRW 2,000 of the market price; and (d) 11,900 of the total amount of 11,90 won in a paper bag, using the gaps in the Mat Agricultural Coper of Ete agricultural products in which the victim D, working as his employee, was stolen; and (b) took a theft by preparing in advance the tasks equivalent to KRW 9,900 of the market price.
