A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 8, 2017, at around 16:36, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant’s possession of 9,900 won and 1 sealing at the F convenience store operated by the victim E on the first underground floor of subway stations and subway stations; and (b) at the F convenience store operated by the victim E, who was displayed outside the convenience store by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the point was neglected; and (c) the Defendant stolen it.

2. On January 15, 2017, at around 16:09, the Defendant: (a) placed outside of the convenience store by the same method at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) stolen the victim’s possession of a death penalty of KRW 9,900, and one sealing.

[209] Around 11:55 on March 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim H, which was displayed in front of the entrance in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a box of 9,900 won equivalent to the market value of KRW 9,900, which was the victim’s ownership.

[2017 Highest 2762] On April 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at L stores operated by the victim K in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J market on April 12:15, 2017, the Defendant stolen the Defendant with a ten-math of the market value equivalent to KRW 50,000, displayed.

[2017 Highest 3956] around 18:50 on May 20, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim N, operated by the victim N, in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim's surveillance was neglected, and by taking advantage of the difference in the victim's surveillance, the Defendant stolen the victim's market price of KRW 6,00,000, which was located outside the store.
