Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 1988, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch, and on August 11, 1993, sentenced to 300,000 won by the same court as the same crime. Criminal facts

1. Habitual theft;

A. On February 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on the first day of the first half of the year, the Defendant: (b) cut off one ton truck at a Fribero, the market value of which is equivalent to 1.840,000 won, parked in a plastic house warehouse operated by the victim D in the Hasan-si, Hasan-do; (c) cut off one electric saw, the vehicle height attached to the driver’s seat; and (d) loaded the truck including the above truck, the sum of the market prices of which is equivalent to 2 million won in total; (d) cut one, one cut, one measuring instrument, two measuring instruments, one rabr, and one tacker being surveyed.

(f) the date of March 2015.
