Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner and driver of the vehicle B who is sexual harassmented by the defendant.

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

However, on July 14, 2017, the Defendant operated a vehicle in a condition that it is difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching yellow PET disease to the license plate of the above vehicle on the front of the Dondong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Mandong Village.
