Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on May 24, 2013 by imprisonment with prison labor and six months for the acquisition of stolen goods in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, and the judgment was finalized on May 24, 2013.
B and the Defendant purchased a high-priced smartphone in an advertisement on the Internet game clocks, etc., and reselled it, and solicited B to have 70% of its profits and 30% of the Defendant respectively.
1. On July 9, 201, the Defendant: (a) made telephone conversations with C, set a trading price and a place for delivery; (b) purchased two smartphones, which were stolen from C in front of Dong-dong, Yongsan-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, and then acquired stolen goods at KRW 2.50,000,00,000, even though he was aware that they were stolen from Dong-dong, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si.
2. On July 30, 201, the Defendant: (a) made telephone conversations with C, set the selling price and delivery place; and (b) on July 30, 201, B purchased 800,000 won from C with knowledge of the fact that the 6 smartphones that he was stolen from the one which was parked in the front road in the front of the Goyang-dong, Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and then acquired the stolen goods from C, within a passenger car that he was parked in the front road.
3. On August 22, 201, the Defendant: (a) made telephone conversations with C, set the selling price and delivery place; and (b) on August 13, 201, B purchased 8.60,000 won from C with knowledge of the fact that the 5 smartphones that he was stolen from the one which was parked in the front road in the front of the Goyang-dong, Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and acquired the stolen goods by purchasing 8.60,00 won from C with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen goods.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, purchased 13 smartphones which C stolen over three times in total in 1910,000 won and acquired stolens.
