Criminal facts

1. Defendant A

A. At around 23:00 on January 18, 2014, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 56 million from F, even though he/she was aware that it was stolen by F along with G, H, I, etc., in the Defendant’s SpoR vehicle parked on a road near the Yadong Station in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, G, H, and I.
