Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 2014, the Defendant, along with C around the end of November, 2014, conspired with C to sell the instant forest after completing the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant, or to obtain the loan by providing it as security, by forging the registration transfer documents, such as the real estate sales contract, etc. on the E Forest 21,025 square meters of the market value equivalent to KRW 4.4 billion owned by the victim D (hereinafter “instant forest”).
1. Around January 16, 2015, the Defendant had filed an application for the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant with respect to the forest of this case with the Leecheon-dong 116 registry office located in Dongcheon-gu, Gyeyang-gu.
