1. Defendant A

A. Defendant A, who violated the Employment Security Act due to free and fee-charging job placement services, did not register with the competent authority on February 2, 2016, received and introduced the seafarer C from the owner E of the “D” at the store site in the amount of KRW 2 million from February 2, 2014 to June 2018, Defendant A introduced the crew by receiving the introduction fee from the owner of the ship over 42 times as shown in the attached crime list 1, as shown in the attached Table 1.

B. On December 2015, Defendant A, who violated the Employment Security Act due to job placement as a means of assault, committed an assault against “H” by means of assaulting the crew members of a fishing vessel from around five times to around January 2018, including the cases where the crew members were clicked at the accommodation located in F at the time of Mapopopopos, such as the case of her click with G, etc., from around that time to around January 2018.

C. Defendant A violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.
