Nevertheless, on August 28, 2013, the Defendant placed an advertisement in F office located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, through Internet advertising and living information sites, etc., and introduced two seafarers on board with the request of the owner of the Jeju Shipping G with the request of the crew recruitment, and received two million won in return for the request from the owner of the Jeju Shipping G, and received two million won in return from the Defendant to the I Agricultural Cooperative Account, which is the mother of the Defendant.

2. Around October 28, 2014, Defendant B introduced the seafarersJ to the Jeju Ship, and made the crew J on board the ship to the Jeju Ship, and received in return a transfer of KRW 1 million from the said F Office.

In addition, from around that time to February 13, 2015, the Defendant introduced five seafarers on board four occasions, as shown in the attached Table 2, from around that time to around February 13, 2015, to have them board the ship, and accordingly, received KRW 5,280,000 in return.

Accordingly, the defendant conducted fee-charging job placement services without being registered.
