1. The Defendant’s KRW 379,095,200 among the Plaintiff and KRW 200,000 among them, shall be KRW 179,09,000 from December 10, 2015, and KRW 179,095,200.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 28, 2010, the Defendant entered into the first contract (hereinafter “the instant first contract”) with the Plaintiff as to the Gangwon-gun A (hereinafter “instant construction”) and entered into a contract with the Plaintiff on December 31, 2010 on December 31, 201 with the total construction amount of KRW 540,133,00, the total construction amount of KRW 2,360,192,320, and the date of commencement, December 31, 2010, and October 26, 2011 with the date of completion of the instant construction (hereinafter “instant construction”). On March 22, 2011, the Defendant entered into the instant contract with the Plaintiff and the date of completion of the construction (hereinafter “the instant contract”) and entered into the instant contract with the Plaintiff on March 23, 2011, respectively.

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a modified contract with respect to the modification of the scheduled completion date of the instant contract or the contract amount on the grounds of design change, the guarantee of the commercial zone for vacations, the conclusion of the said contract, the progress of the Plaintiff’s corporate rehabilitation procedures, etc., as follows. The construction under the instant first contract completed the completion inspection on July 9, 2012 and completed the completion inspection on July 10, 2012.
