1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,121,00 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from July 4, 2015 to February 8, 2018, and the next day.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On November 20, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works for supporting facilities with a total construction period of KRW 22,038,872,00, and construction period of KRW 22,038,872,00 with respect to construction works for supporting facilities ordered by the Ministry of National Defense’s headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense under the Defendant’s control (hereinafter “instant construction works”). From November 20, 2013 to February 15, 2015.
B. The instant construction project concluded a contract over three occasions in a long-term continuing construction project, and concluded a modified contract on each of the contracts on the grounds of details adjustment, design modification, extension of the deadline for completion, etc.
