Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who reports a spot-sale manufacturing and processing business, and manufactures Macarno, etc. and sells them via the Internet, with a trade name called “C”, having a place of business on the Gumi-si B and 1st floor.
1. No person shall import, process, use, store, etc. foods, etc. imported without filing an import declaration, the import of which is prohibited, or without filing an import declaration, and no person shall import, process, use, store, etc. foods or additives that fail to meet the standards and specifications determined and publicly announced by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety for the purpose of sale;
Nevertheless, from March 10, 2017 to April 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) imported the so-called so-called “Malar color factory” manufactured in “D”, which is a food additives that do not meet the publicly notified standards, through an Internet purchasing agency; and (b) imported the so-called “Malar color factory” manufactured in the same place of business from March 10, 2017 to from May 17, 2017, with a view to increasing sales volume by making the color of Mada that the Defendant manufactured and processed, and sold; and (c) sold approximately KRW 1,350 of 2,025,00 in the process of manufacturing the above color factory, and stored the remainder after using it.
Accordingly, the defendant imported, processed, used and stored food additives that are not reported or that do not meet the notification standards and specifications.
2. No business operator prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as food service providers for the purpose of manufacturing and processing foods whose distribution deadline expires, and his/her employees shall store any products, foods, or raw materials thereof, the distribution deadline of which expires for cooking and selling, or use such products, foods, or raw materials for manufacturing and processing food;
Nevertheless, the defendant is at the above place of business around May 17, 2017, and the defendant is at the above place of business.
