Defendant

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) Foods or additives that meet the standards and specifications under the Food Sanitation Act shall be manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, stored, subdivided, transported or preserved in accordance with such standards, and no foods or additives that fail to meet such standards and specifications shall be sold or manufactured, imported, processed, used, cooked, stored, subdivided, transported, preserved or displayed for sale;
