당신의 다른 계좌에 있는 돈을 출금하여 금융감독원 직원에게 전달하라. 그렇지 않으면 처벌될 수 있다” 는 등 거짓말을 하고, 이에 속은 사람들 로부터 금융감독원 직원인 것처럼 행세하면서 인출한 현금을 건네받는 방법으로 금원을 편취하는 전화금융 사기( 일명 ‘ 보이스 피 싱’) 조직의 ‘ 총책’ 역할을, 피고인은 성명 불상 자가 위챗으로 하는 지시에 따라 성명 불상 자로부터 전달 받은 허위의 금융감독원 서류를 소지하고 금융감독원 직원인 것처럼 행세하면서 피해자들 로부터 현금을 건네받아 전달하는 ‘ 현금 수거 책’ 역할을 수행하여 전화금융 사기 범행을 하기로 순차 공모하였다.
