(A) 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of 1-A, No. 1-b, and No. 2 of the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act on the part of the Defendant’s assistance in the installation of the method of Suwon Friwon. On May 16, 2018, the Defendant dismantled the ECU data, which is the highest speed-restricted device, without permission, in an apartment house of the member-gu, Ansan-si, the G-dong parking lot, and in the front parking lot of G, I driven by H, the ECU data, which is the highest speed control device of the Twing vehicle. The Defendant dismantled the electric and electronic device, which is the highest speed-restricted device, without permission, by changing and re-entry it into the method described in paragraph.

2. Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business without registration shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

The Defendant, without registering the automobile management business, dismantled the electric and electronic equipment, which is the highest speed limitation device, and received 400,000 won in return, and run the unregistered automobile maintenance business.
