"2016 Highest 1201"
1. At around 0:41 on June 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle not locked in the victim C, which was parked in the victim C, owned by the victim, and stolen the vehicle with a 700,000 won in cash and a copy of the Agricultural Cooperative C, which was parked therein, around 4, 200, 300,000, and 70,000 won in 30,000.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. B. On June 5, 2016, around 2:42, the Defendant: (a) moved to G-si prior to the foregoing convenience store; (b) moved to the road prior to the peace death distance in the Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) presented the No. 10,920 won, which was stolen, to pay for the 10,920 won, as stated in paragraph (1), and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by removing the payment of the said price.

1. At around 3:30 on July 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a 180,000 won in cash, gold paper, gold paper (on a market price equivalent to KRW 100,00,00), and cut off an electronic tobacco machine (on a market price equivalent to KRW 100,000), and stolen it at the 101 ground parking lot of Hyundai Asia-ro 45, Jinjin-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with the victim H, and did not correct it; (b) opened a door to the 101st apartment of 10,000,000,000,000 won in cash, which is kept in the container box, etc.;
5. From around 21. to the above temporary date, money and valuables worth KRW 7,431,00 in total by the same method over 20 times as shown in the annexed list 1.
