A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night on July 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a PC room that was not corrected by the “D” bank operated by the victim C(20 years of age) located in Yansan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “D”) on July 3, 2019; and (b) stolen the building with one million won in cash located in the Kabter’s safe.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. Around January 2019, the Defendant embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own, without following the necessary procedures, such as acquiring one copy of the F Bank physical card, which is the victim’s possession owned by the victim E, and returning it to the victim, on the roads near the Yansan-dong Library at the time of the preceding week.

3. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 22, 2019, at around 00:49, the Defendant paid the PC user fee from the IPC operated by the victim H in Y located in Y in Yasan-gu, Yan-si, and paid the F PC employee fee by using the F PC card, which was acquired as above, and thereby exempted the payment of 10,000 won to the above PC employee, thereby gaining economic benefits and using the lost debit card.

B. On January 22, 2019, the Defendant purchased tobacco, fruits, etc. at the convenience store operated by the victim’s name in the J of Y of Y-gu, Y-si, Y-si, and paid the price to the employees of the above convenience store in the manner of carrying out and presenting it as one’s own act, thereby avoiding the payment of KRW 5,000, thereby gaining economic benefits equivalent to the said amount and using the lost debit card.
