Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B is a person who served as the president of the Plaintiff’s council of occupants’ representatives from May 1, 2015 to March 15, 2016; Defendant C is a person who served as the president of the Plaintiff’s council of occupants’ representatives for the same period; Defendant D is a person who served as the president of the management office of an apartment building A (hereinafter “Plaintiff apartment”) located in a leisure-si from November 16, 2015 to May 9, 2016; Defendant E is a person who served as the manager of the Plaintiff’s apartment management division from April 25, 201 to May 26, 2016.
B. On February 22, 2016, the head of the electricity department of the Plaintiff apartment group F retired respectively from office on January 27, 2016, and on February 19, 2016, the head of the electricity department of the Plaintiff apartment group F, the facility owner G, the facilities owner H, and the electricity owner I retired from office on January 27, 2016.
C. The Plaintiff apartment housing returned from 3 to 4 employees of the management office, and the night watch system was implemented from 18:00 to 09:00 on the next day. However, from February 22, 2016, the night watch system was abolished, and instead, one employee was replaced by 22:00 and 22:00.
Plaintiff
A water tank is installed in the underground transformation room of apartment buildings.
