1. The council of occupants' representatives of the defendant N Apartments' representatives shall be KRW 1,386,282 to the plaintiff A, KRW 2,170,00 to the plaintiff B, and KRW 48,074 to the plaintiff C.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the party 1) Defendant N apartment council of occupants' representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant's representative council")
2) The apartment in Busan Jin-gu P (hereinafter “instant apartment”) is located in Busan Jin-gu P.
(2) On January 29, 201, the council of occupants’ representatives concluded a consignment management contract with Defendant O Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) on the maintenance, repair, and safety management of the common areas of the instant apartment (hereinafter “instant consignment management contract”).
B. From around 01:00 on August 25, 2017, the occurrence of flood accidents, from around 01:0, the water level of underground water tanks of the instant apartment machine room was continuously supplied as underground water tanks due to the breakdown in the valve and the burner, and the water level was continuously supplied as underground water tanks through the upper lucing pipe pipe on the underground water reservoir, and the vehicle owned by the Plaintiffs was flooded (hereinafter “the instant accident”).

Article 1 (Purpose) The Management Rules shall aim to protect occupants and users and to maintain order in the residential life by prescribing matters necessary for the management or use of multi-family housing pursuant to Article 18(2) of the Multi-Family Housing Management Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and Article 19(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree").
Objects subject to management under these regulations shall be as specified in attached Table 1.
(1) The council of occupants' representatives under Article 14 of the Act shall be established in the collective housing complex to achieve the purpose under Article 1.
(2) The council of occupants' representatives and the management entity shall follow Article 9 of the Act to the management office within multi-family housing complexes.
