A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On September 25, 2013, around 04:50 on September 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that, around the house of the wife-population B building 102 and 202, the Defendant: (a) sent a notice to the police officer of the Seocho-dong Police Station D police box called, “Isk-gu and Dabbbbbbbbbbbbbbbs”, “Is off the right side of E,” and, (b) asked the police officer to stop smoking and stop smoking on the ground that C does not open a door, and (c) he was sent to the house of the wife-population B building 102 and 202; (d) “Isk-dobbs off, Is off the house of the wife-population B building 102 and 302; and (e) Isnb off the house of the police officer during the performance of the performance of official duties.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the duty of maintaining public order.

B. 2. The defendant violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;
