A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 18, 2014, from around 20:10 to 20:50 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) committed a verbal dispute with the victim under the Dhop operated by the Plaintiff C (nort, 56 years of age) in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-si; (b) went beyond the victim’s hair, and went over several times by leaving the victim’s body on a hand; and (c) continued to take a hand back the victim’s body on a hand; and (d) interfered with the victim’s door business by forceing two male customers visiting the said business by leaving the said place of business by force.
