A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the act of arranging commercial sex acts), who installs 8 general marina rooms and 2 shower facilities and 2 locker rooms installed in the trade name of 'C from the 2nd floor B at Speaker' and operates the commercial sex acts establishments;

From January 15, 2015 to March 11, 2015, the Defendant hired female employees from the above business establishment, and received approximately KRW 110,000 from the unspecified number of customers who find the business establishment, and provided them with approximately KRW 110,00 in the guest room, and then arranged the said employees to be in contact with the guest.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. Any person who violates the School Health Act shall be prohibited from running a business which is likely to cause physical contacts, sexual acts, or similar acts, such as dancing, peting, compost, etc., by keeping bedclothess, beds, etc. in a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone after dividing it by a smuggling, sealed space or partitions, etc. or by other similar facilities;

Nevertheless, from January 15, 2015 to March 11, 2015, the Defendant operated the “C” as stipulated in Paragraph 1 in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone with 195 meters away from the “E kindergarten” located in D from January 15, 2015 to March 11, 2015, and operated a business which is likely to cause deposited horses, sex acts, and similarity by installing a guest room equipped with simple beds and facilities in the space partitioned with walls.
