A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (referring to the act of arranging commercial sex acts) by installing seven rooms with simple intrusions installed inside the trade name of “C” on the first floor of the building in Southern-si.

From March 19, 2010 to February 6, 2015, the Defendant received approximately KRW 100,000 from many unspecified male customers who employed female workers, including D, in order to find a business place, and provided guidance to female employees to guest rooms, and then arranged the said employees to have sexual intercourse with customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. Any person who violates the School Health Act shall be prohibited from running a business in which physical contacts, such as dancing, peting, compost, etc., or sexual intercourse or acts similar thereto, are likely to be done with a smuggling, closed space, or partitions installed in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone, by keeping bedclothes, beds, etc. and keeping them therein;

Nevertheless, from November 25, 2014 to February 6, 2015, the Defendant operated the “C” as stipulated in paragraph (1) within the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, in approximately 160 meters away from the “F elementary school” located in Nam-si, and operated a business which is likely to cause deposited horses, sex acts, and similarity by installing a guest room equipped with a simple bed and three-dimensional facilities in a space partitioned with walls.
