A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who, in the name of “C” on the third floor of the Ycheon-si B shopping mall, set up a simple beds and eight guest rooms in which the screen facilities are installed, and operates a sexual traffic business establishment.

From November 18, 2014 to February 25, 2015, the Defendant arranged the employees to engage in the act of similarity that helps them sees the sexual organ of customers in a marina room by taking up approximately KRW 90,00 of the price from many unspecified customers who employed female workers, such as D, in the above business place.

2. No person of the School Health Act shall conduct business in a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone where physical contact, sex act, or act of similarity is likely to be done, such as dancing, peting, compost, etc., by keeping bedclothess, bed with facilities similar thereto, such as a smuggling, sealed space or partitions, etc., and keeping them therein;

Nevertheless, from November 18, 2014 to February 25, 2015, the Defendant operated the “C” as described in paragraph (a) from F schools located in Scheon-si to 177 meters from the F schools located in Scheon-si to approximately 177 meters to the “C” as indicated in paragraph (a), and operated a business which is likely to cause deposited horses, sexual acts, and similarity by installing a guest room equipped with a simple beds and three-dimensional facilities in a space partitioned with walls.
