Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2013, at least 01:30 on the street of Gangnam-gu, the Defendant: (a) reported by the police officer F of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station E box, where he was patroled, who was engaged in the patrol that he was able to get off and forced to get off his own arms on the street of Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) tried to confirm the circumstances of the report by the police officer F of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station E box, which was carrying out the patrol, to separate him from the Defendant; and (c) tried to check the situation, the Defendant carried the f face of the police officer three times in his hand; and (d) assaulted the police officer to walk the buckbuck.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with patrol for crime prevention, which is a legitimate duty of police officer F.
