1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 28, 2019, Defendant A driven a F Sti-type car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.158% from the front parking lot of the “Dcafeteria” located in C to the front parking lot of the same city of the city from approximately 5km to the same city of the apartment.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 A과 사실혼 관계에 있는 사람으로서, 제1항과 같은 일시경 삼척시 E아파트 주차장에서 A이 운전하는 차량에 동승하였다가 하차한 후, 삼척경찰서 G지구대 소속 경찰관인 순경 H 등 4명이 A을 상대로 음주운전 여부를 확인하려고 하자, 위 경찰관들을 향해 “야, 이 씨발새끼야. 개새끼야. 너희가 짭새면 다냐 ”라고 욕설을 하고, 이어서 A이 부근에 있던 I 소유의 그랜저 승용차를 발로 걷어차는 모습을 본 위 경찰관들이 A을 현행범인으로 체포하려고 하자, 위 경찰관들을 향해 “야, 이 씨발새끼야”라고 욕설을 하며, 손바닥으로 순경 H의 뺨을 1회 때리고, 발로 순경 H의 엉덩이 부위를 1회 걷어차는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers on criminal investigations.
