Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On March 17, 2019, at around 14:24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) deposited the SPS purchase price of KRW 50,000 from C into the E bank account in the name of D; and (b) concealed the vinyl domination in front of the building located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (c) sold SPS by photographing the said place in a photograph of the said place; and (d) sending the same text to C so that C may find SPS; and (e) sold SPS and marijuana by receiving KRW 2,637,000 in total over 49 times from six buyers as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

B. On April 1, 2019, at around 15:42, the Defendant: (a) received from C a request from C to request for spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha spha, and deposited into the E bank account under D’s name;

C.
