Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment for four years, and imprisonment for two years and six months, respectively.
provided that this ruling has become final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On April 1, 2019, the Defendant traded sects by means of inserting KRW 2 million in the gambling room located below the Do basin located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and trading psychotropic drugs with approximately 40g of JWH-018 (one spice, one hereinafter “Spice”), a psychotropic drug, located in its place.
B. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) took part of the tobacco in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, 2019 F stud G with a spam of spam and used a spam by smoking tobacco with a spam as if the spam were smoking.
C. On April 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.5g of the first store in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H from the end of the end of April 2019 to B, with a white paper of approximately KRW 0.5g, and as a result, purchased spiones with a white paper of KRW 50 million.
At the end of April 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a white paper 0.5g of 0.5g in front of the I store located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H; and (b) purchased and sold SPs by taking 50,000 won in return.
E. On May 5, 2019, at around 23:00, the Defendant purchased and sold ices with low 0.5g of white paper to L on the front side of the public parking lot in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, and in return, 50,000 won.
F. On May 6, 2019, at around 19:53, the Defendant attempted to sell and sell spice spice spice spice spices in a white paper on the front side of the public parking lot in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and in return, tried to sell and sell spices by using 10,000 won as a spice spice, but did not lead to such intent on the wind that may be arrested by the unlocked police officer.
2. Defendant B
A. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold spiones 0.5g of 50,000 won in front of the I store located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (b) purchased and sold spiones with white paper.
