A Imprisonment for three years, each of the defendants B, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A, C, and D;
A. On February 14, 2019, the Defendants: (a) took part of the tobacco at the residence of the Defendant E and F of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) psychotropic drugs JWH-018 (one name “Sphice”; hereinafter “Sphice”), and used spice in a way that they seem to smoke by attaching a spice.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to use psychotropic drugs in collusion.
B. The Defendants around 04:00 on March 25, 2019, at around 04:0, at the place of residence of the Defendant G in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, and at around 1:00, at the place of residence of Defendant A.
In the same way as the paragraph, the Switzerland used the sect.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to use psychotropic drugs in collusion.
2. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A, D, and B;
A. On March 17, 2019, Defendants 1-A, along with I, J, K, etc. at the dwelling of Defendants G and H in Yeonsu-gu Incheon and Defendant A around H around March 17, 2019.
In the same way as the paragraph, the Switzerland used the sect.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with I to use psychotropic drugs.
B. On March 18, 2019, Defendants 1-A, along with I, J, K, etc. at the residence of Defendants G and H in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and Defendant A.
In the same way as the paragraph, the Switzerland used the sect.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with I to use psychotropic drugs.
C. On March 21, 2019, Defendants 1-A, along with I, J, K, etc. at the residence of Defendants G and H in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and Defendant A.
In the same way as the paragraph, the Switzerland used the sect.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with I to use psychotropic drugs.
3. On March 14, 2019, Defendant A, C, and B’s co-principal Defendants were the first-mentioned Defendants at their residence in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G and H around March 21, 2019.
In such a manner as provided for in paragraph (1).
