Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell, possess, or use synthetic carinabros and similar objects (hereinafter referred to as “spha”; hereinafter referred to as “sphas”), which are psychotropic drugs, as classified in attached Table 3, 33, Classification 3,018 of the Enforcement Decree of the Narcotics Control Act, and no person may sell, possess, or use marijuana, and no person other than a person handling narcotics, etc. shall store or use marijuana.

The defendant is not a foreigner of Uzbekistan nationality, who is not a narcotics handler.

1. On August 18, 2020, the Defendant sold spices through the Mesp app “Tlegram” to B (Telemonm) and received from B a transfer from B to a bank account in the name of D (F) where the Defendant uses 100,000 won for the purchase price of spices, and then sold spices by putting the bags containing the spice in the first floor of the building located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant sold spices by bringing them to the said B by bringing them out on May 10, 2020 through 6:380 times from around 20:45 to August 22, 2020, as shown in the attached Table I.

2.
