A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was the former husband of B, who was divorced on June 1, 2007.

The Defendant, around July 13, 2016, borrowed KRW 180 million from C, and subsequently was unable to repay the said money until May 13, 2017, following the Defendant’s borrowing of KRW 100,000 from C, attempted to set the right to collateral security of KRW 200,000,000 to multi-household D located in the Jinju City under B’s name (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

1. On May 2017, the Defendant forged private documents, stating that “In order to be registered as a director at a solar company operated by a friendly Gu, one certificate of seal impression, one certificate of personal seal impression, and resident registration certificate should be required” to B by telephone at a place in the territory of the former North Korea’s B, the Defendant received B’s certificate of personal seal impression, certificate of personal seal impression, and resident registration certificate.

The defendant continued to have the above H enter into a mortgage contract.
