A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

On November 25, 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Busan B, to the Hanyang-dong, Busan, without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the Defendant’s house in Busan, to the front of the Hanyang-dong.

2. A person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents).

On November 24, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at around 01:05, and driven the road of five-lanes from the side of the document to the Gi-dong, Busan, Seo-dong, Busan, about two-lanes.
