A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on February 21, 2007, a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on August 21, 2007, and a fine of three hundred and fifty thousand won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on June 8, 2009, and two years of suspension of execution for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on June 8, 2009. On February 8, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on February 8, 2013 and violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a D-car.

1. On September 30, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a Dinti G25 vehicle from the 211-dong parking lot located in the 201-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong

At around 03:50 on October 1, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a vehicle as referred to in paragraph (1) under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.163% from a section of approximately 1.5km to the road front of the bank located in the Dong-dong of Busan City on the roads of the same Gu-dong.

At around 03:50 on October 1, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.163% as stated in the above paragraph (2) of this Article, and led to the drive of the said car at a speed of non-speed in the city at a speed of speed depending on three lanes between the two-lanes, namely, the intersection of Seodaemun-gu in Busan Metropolitan City, from the boundary of the intersection through the court.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and since there is an intersection with a signal, it shall reduce the speed and turn off the road well.
