【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A

A. On April 21, 2020, the Defendant, at around 02:40 on April 21, 202, driven a f-to-bed motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.126% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the D cafeteria located in Jin-si C to the front day of the same city, from around 4km to the road in the same city, at around 02:40 on April 21, 2020.

As a result, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, and at the same time, driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

A.
