Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Crane car.
On April 24, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on April 20, 2014, and led to a house near the Seo-gu Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, to proceed the alley path from the side of the salt shareholder apartment to the 65-lane.
There are many vehicles parked on both sides of the road on the alleyway without a bus line, and the victim D (25 years old) driving with the opposite direction at the time was in parallel with the driver's driving car, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by putting the driver's license on front and rear side and right side and accurately operating the steering system and brake system of the vehicle.
Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and proceeded as it is, caused the defendant's negligence to shock the victim's left back part of the passenger car.
Ultimately, the Defendant did not take necessary measures, even though he did not damage repair costs to cover approximately KRW 319,098, such as the exchange of back-of-standing automobiles by occupational negligence as above.
